Baked it in two small dishes, maybe in a water bath. I don't remember. Had the recipe copied from an old WW cookbook. But, somehow I've lost it. Thanks in advance.Patricia P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05880219418129776013noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5257699337680768349.post-67663220235753372232014-02-03T10:57:32.519-08:002014-02-03T10:57:32.519-08:00You also must remember that one banana serving was...You also must remember that one banana serving was not the same as one banana. AND they made sense. Think about it - the fruits they mentioned as only eating certain ways have more sugar. Over the years, all that has changed to the point that they are not even counted now!!! Too far in the other direction if you ask me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5257699337680768349.post-33559163598513749512014-01-28T12:11:24.766-08:002014-01-28T12:11:24.766-08:00According to some beliefs, fruits digest different...According to some beliefs, fruits digest differently than most foods and when eaten with something else, they will ferment! If you think about it most commercial salad dressings contain lots of sugar and I don't use them, so fruit kind of makes sense to me.
